Owen Berkowitz
Owen has been a well known entity in Pelham for weel over a decade as he was the creator and former owner of the Bakery At Four Corners. Owen and his family have lived in both Pelham Manor and the Glenwood Lake area of New Rochelle since 1993. Their many sons (5) have experienced school in both communities. After many years of retail baking and real estate, Owen knows just about everyone and even knows lots of your birthdays! |

Kristin Bischof
A Westchester County native, Kristin moved to Pelham over four years ago from Larchmont. A Smith College graduate, Kristin worked in advertising and marketing before starting her career in real estate. She is the mother of two small children and has first hand knowledge of the area's nursery, preschool and elementary school activities. She is also very active in the community. She currently serves as President elect of the Junior League and is on the Board of Directors of Huguenot Nursery School and the Pelham Children's Center. |

Betty Bucher
Betty is a lifelong resident of Pelham and both she and her two children are graduates of Pelham High School. Her commitment to the community has been demonstrated by her participation on numerous boards, and as President of Pelham Family Service, the Pelham Junior League, Pelham High School PTA and PTA Council. J.D. Calder
J.D., his wife and their two children moved to Pelham from NYC in 1997. Before joining McClellan, J.D. practiced corporate law for ten years, primarily in venture capital and private equities. In addition to his association with McCllellan, J.D. operates his own home styling business, assisting people in creating a home that reflects their personal taste. He is able to use his styling skills to help homeowners ready their homes for sale, to help buyers envision themselves in it and assist new homeowners to settle in. J.D is also a volunteer firefighter in Pelham Manor. |

Jane Carmody
Jane, a graduate of Tufts University and New York University School of Law, has joined our office as a licensed broker after practicing real estate law in Manhattan for eighteen years. Jane, her husband and their two children have lived in Pelham since 1996. She is an accomplished artist and a member of the Pelham Art Center, and her work has been exhibited locally and in New York City. Jane is a member of the New York Athletic Club and the Pelham Community Rowing Association, and she competes in Masters' Class Regattas. Jane's legal expertise and her extensive community involvement uniquely qualify her to represent our clients in their real estate matters. |

Dian has lived in Pelham for 34 years and has been a Realtor in Pelham and New Rochelle for over 15 years. She has a B.S. & M.A. from NYU and prior to working as a Realtor, was a registered nurse and taught at Lehman College. Dian and her husband have two children who attended Pelham schools and now their grandson attends elementary school in Pelham. She has been active in many Pelham organizations, concentrating on community and regional theater and music. |

Maureen, her husband, Michael, and their 5 children have lived in Pelham for almost 20 years. All of their children are enrolled in Pelham schools, from elementary to high school. Judy Dargan
Judy is a lifelong resident of Pelham. Both of her children have attended Pelham schools. One is currently in Pelham Memorial High School and the other is a graduate of NYU. Prior to entering real estate, Judy was a substitute teacher in Pelham schools and is very familiar with all aspects of the school district. She has also been involved in community organizations including the PTA’s, Junior League & the International Garden Club. Her familiarity with Pelham makes her well qualified to sell the town. |

Ann brings to McClellan her extensive and in depth knowledge of New Rochelle. Ann is married to Eugene Doherty and has 3 children. She is on the Board of Directors for Desda’s Grace, a home for women with children in need and is head of their outreach programs. She has been actively involved in many other community activities, including the Sound Shore Hospital. |

Geri Engstrom
Geri and her family have been active members of the Pelham community for over 25 years. Her husband and two children grew up in Pelham and attended Pelham schools. Geri was a Speech and Language Therapist before starting her career in real estate in 1985. She has consistently been a multi-million dollar agent in Westchester and a top producer in Pelham. She has been very successful in establishing a wide network of relocation and real estate contacts in NY and Connecticut and receives many viable customers from these sources.
